Our Special Event Catering Desserts Menu:
At Sandman Gourmet, our desserts are prepared in-house and to-order, so a 48 hour notice is required for most items. We are happy to customize a dessert display to best suit the needs of your event, and we can bake up something unique and one-of-a-kind… just ask!
Sandman’s Signature Gourmet Dessert Bars:
- A beautiful display of our most popular homemade dessert bars; assortments typically include Baklava, Chocolate-Dipped Pecan, PB&J and Traditional Lemon

- A rich and decadent confection with a hint of cinnamon and drenched in caramel sauce

Assorted Miniature Dessert Station:
- A festive assortment of our most popular bite-sized sweets; Chef’s choice assortments may include dessert bars, brownie bites, crème puffs, chocolate-dipped strawberries, baklava, cheesecake bites, mini tartlets, chocolate mousse cups and more!

New York-Style Cheesecakes:
- A variety of flavors and toppings are available
- $4.75 per person
Celebration Cakes:
- A wide variety of cake flavors, icings and decorations are available
- Basic designs and flavors start at $25 for a quarter sheet cake (serves 12-24) , $48 for a half (serves 30-48), $90 for a full sheet cake (serves 70-96)
