We’ve been told that Barbecue is what Sandman Gourmet Catering does best…how can we argue?  We select only the finest cuts of meat to slow-cook and smoke to buttery perfection, and our spectacular sides are homemade-to-order and make up the perfect menu for your next barbecue, tailgate or picnic!  We’ve designed the packages below to allow you to choose the perfect entrees and sides to fit your bash.  Our barbecue meats are also available in bulk for your next tailgate, just ask!

Our Special Event Catering Barbeques, Picnics and Cookouts Menu:

Package prices include disposable plates, napkins and flatware. Meals are delivered in disposable packaging and staffing is not included; ask your event planner for other options.  Book your event Full Service for an additional charge and we’ll setup your buffet, grill onsite and tidy up before we go!  Minimum of 50 guests for Full Service.
