• Fresh Mozzarella on Squires Wrapped in Prosciutto
• Mesculin Greens with Apples, Candied Pecans and Goat Cheese
• Dry Pac Sea Scallops and Jumbo Shrimp Pasta with Lump Crab Cream Sauce
• Puff Pastry with Chocolate Mousse and Hazelnut Cream
