Rich Rores, President of Sandman Gourmet catering

Rich is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University Culinary Institute of Rhode Island. Rich garnered valuable experience working in New York and Europe. Over time, he came to manage staffs of more than 200 in the hospitality, hotel and restaurant industries.

Dawn Rores, co-owner of Sandman Gourmet, graduated from the University of Dayton with a marketing degree. She worked for several years in the hospitality industry and as a corporate trainer for several national restaurant franchise companies.

After many years spent honing their skills, Rich and his wife, Dawn, decided it was time for The Sandman to share his passion for great food in their own personalized way. They started Sandman Gourmet catering several years ago and have already built a large and varied client list, including regulars at their delis, individuals who enjoy their personal chef services, corporate clients and executives.

The catering services provided by Sandman Gourmet catering throughout the Columbus area are varied. It is the specialty of the catering team to make your specific event a success - whether it is your wedding, corporate event or personal party. Stacy Terman, Event Specialist

Stacy is the Event Specialist at Sandman Gourmet Catering. She loves planning weddings and intends to plan her own someday! (Just kidding… she’s had it planned since she was 5) Her focus at Sandman Gourmet is planning and executing special events and wedding receptions, all the while streamlining the process to make it easier on her clients.

Stacy grew up in the tiny town of Shelby in northern Ohio. The fourth of five children, Stacy left home to attend college in Columbus, where she earned her Bachelors degree in English Literature from Capital University. She now resides in Clintonville.

Throughout school and post-graduation, Stacy committed her time and energy into learning the wedding and event industry inside and out by working in various settings from country clubs to banquet halls, honing her skills as an event planner. From planning at-home weddings for twenty to elaborate wedding receptions for hundreds, Stacy has done it all. An avid entertainer herself, Stacy treats each event as though it was her own, and welcomes any challenge.

Tina Krider, Business Development Specialist

Tina Krider is the Business Development Specialist at Sandman Gourmet Catering – the preferred catering company in Columbus by most businesses.

She focuses on establishing and growing partnerships with key companies in the Corporate Catering division.

Tina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa. She has over 15 years of sales and account management experience with Fortune 500 companies primarily in service-related industries including software and telephony. Her knowledge and appreciation for client service are a perfect fit for the catering business that we strive to perfect every day. Anticipating client needs and offering a perfect solution while making friends along the way are the strengths Tina offers her clients.

Originally from Iowa, Tina has spent time in Texas, New Jersey and Chicago before settling in Columbus, Ohio 7 years ago. Along with her husband Brad and son Ian, they make their home in Lewis Center and are actively involved in community relations. Tina is actively involved with the MOMS Club of Lewis Center and the Freedom Trail PTO, and the Orange Township Business Association.
